    Why are you here?

I am here undoubtedly for the same reasons anyone else would be here. After reading both Ishmael and The Story of B, I find it near impossible to take anymore steps backwards. I'm determined to find like minded individuals who can help each other expand on the philosophies written in your books and introduce new philosophies to implement change.

Any other personal information/resources/advice/ideas to share?

Everyone's purpose in life is, in the absolute, to follow one's heart. Be it the working class who willfully break their bodies daily to gain fortune and fortitude; or the business class who stress their brains without sleep to try and make money work for them; the parent who gives up the luxuries of life to care for their young; or the child who innocently goes to any means in search of their dreams. I myself have and always will respect my inner child, in so doing I go by any means to make my dreams a reality and keep an open eye to a world of possibilities.

Yet as I look around me, I see a world of uncertainty. I see people breaking themselves in hopes of a bigger pleasure, screaming under weights no one should carry. I learn in school that you need to stay in school to achieve your dreams, criticizing what dreams you may already have if said dreams do not fit into their criteria. I find in the media that surrounds me that our dreams are mere entertainments, coming at you live and direct from any other world but your own.

Well I'm not entertained. I can say that school didn't teach me anything I couln't have, and did, teach myself; and I'm tired from the pain of seeing so many good people crumble under the weight of a system that does not allow us to follow our hearts to the fullest at any given moment, with promises of something more later. I've never seen anything more fulfilling than the love in the eyes of a parent for their young, or the eyes of wonderment as a child looks onto the world at large. Nor more rewarding than sharing a smile with someone else, or having them share one with me.

What ever happened to the value of that? At McDonald's you could order a smile free off the menu yet they don't always have one in stock. Are we slowly giving up altogether on following our hearts to play the only game we're allowed to play? What game you ask? The Money Game. Where only those with the heart to take from the wealth of others own the power to rule the world, leaving the others giving more than they have to give with too much of a heart to say no. You don't actually need money to live, yet without it you're as good as dead to some, a criminal to others.

Well I don't want to play. I'm leaving the game to follow my heart, and will only find rest in knowing that others are doing the same, to the fullest of their abilities. I'm moving into "The Wild" to learn to become one with nature, and to prove it takes no money to be comfortable with simply a brain, heart, and a will to live.

Some of you may already be following your hearts by playing the game, which is good for you, but I know as I'm sure we all know of many who are forced either to play the game, or take the bench. I've played the game with great success, and sat the bench watching others give it a try. I encourage anyone with the urge to play a different game to try leaving the field.

Many say this is a dangerous move yet as a mathematician I feel indifference. I believe that the odds of dying are no different in Nature as they are in the safety of your own home. Death can come for us at any time, at any place. When it's our time to die it's just our time. Life isn't worth living if you're not willing to sacrifice it to follow your heart!

In parting words I make a promise to do everything within my power to help heal Mother Nature and Mankind's place within her. When in doubt follow the Golden Rule or in my opinion Universal Law: Do onto others as you would have done onto you.

Share the Love, there's plenty to go around!
