|Why are you here?|
I've been feeling Ishmael's message in my soul before I'd ever opened the book. I'm not a flower child or a hippie, nor am I a capitalist. But I do seek authenticity in experience. I've been learning how to listen to instinct and primal messages, which have been getting louder and louder as my body prepares to have children. My work is (finally, after too many years in the wrong place) reflecting the key messages of the novel and I am excited to learn more.

If we wish to learn how to integrate these philosophies into our work (yay for getting paid to do this!), I would suggest learning about the culture of knowledge exchange, most significant change research methodologies, communities of practice.
