    Buckminster Fuller said, "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete." No one is ever going to abolish money. Barter doesn't need to be "brought back." It's going on in very sophisticated transactions on a very wide scale worldwide right now.
