Spring IshCon Conference registration now open
The conference is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2005 and end at 11 a.m. Monday, May 30 at the Quaker Hill Conference Center, Richmond, Indiana. According to the organizers, "IshCon conferences are a coming together of those interested in exploring new visions for humanity and our place in the world. Inspired by Daniel Quinn's Ishmael novels and the ideas in them, the conferences will cover topics including sustainable living, food production, population growth, politics and activism, modern culture, human relationship to the land, and community building. The schedule will include small and large group discussions, presentations by various speakers, panel discussions, a conversation with Daniel Quinn via telephone, networking activities, community building exercises, and lots of fun."
