|Why are you here?|
I have a son. I fear that no matter how well I raise him, he, and his children, will never live the lives they deserve, due to the fact that the world (the world we create) is in the state it is.

I believe society will not, indeed cannot change, until all the individual members of the society experience a fundamental change in the way they see, think and live. We cannot hope the government or big business or the churches will lead the way; they are all caught in the same cultural snare, they must be led out of danger. The world is beautiful and our most precious treasure, yet we treat it with disdain and contempt everyday, from throwing a piece of trash out of our car to dumping thousands of tons of waste and heavy metals into our oceans. I fear we are beyond the point of no return (ecologically), but even if that is true it is no reason to not blaze a path others may follow.
