I’m wondering, do you think that the story of Noah helps to illustrate the “story” of the Leavers? …after the flood, the Leavers were all that remained to repopulate the earth.

I’m afraid I don’t see that at all. The story of Noah is a story about Takers that originated among Takers. It has no reference to Leavers at all.
