Most readers seem to understand from the context that I’m not recommending the goals of the industrial revolution, I’m recommending the creative process that made it the most successful movement in human history. The industrial revolution released a torrent of human creativity. If we’re going to save the world, we need to release a torrent of human creativity of our own—and that’s what vision is all about.
