I’m afraid I don’t make a point of looking for or collecting published criticisms of my work, but if you’d like to see “contradictory writings,” you could pick up any one of tens of thousands of books that pronounce humanity to be the universe’s highest achievement (from serious thinkers like Teilhard de Chardin to New Age gushers like Matthew Fox and James Redfield), any one of hundreds of thousands of books that take it for granted that if you want to study humanity, you just have to study the people of our culture, or any one of millions of books that assume that God created the universe so He could put humans in it.
