What is the difference between the methods of business organization advocated in Beyond Civilization and the business concept movement of “Beyond Hierarchy”?

The tribe is a social organization, not a business organization. A business organized along tribal lines, becomes a quasi-social organization.

This is not true of the business concept of “Beyond Hierarchy,” from what I can see of it. The tribal organization exists to enable all the members to make a living. The traditional business organization exists to make a profit for its owners (whether its employees make a living or not).
