How have you changed your own personal lifestyle in accordance with what Ishmael recommends?

What Ishmael recommends is this: “Teach a hundred what I’ve taught you and urge them to teach a hundred.”

I’ve devoted my whole life to this. Nothing I can do can possibly match the effect I’m having as a writer, but some people would be more impressed if I told them I was composting my garbage.
